Who is eligible to list inventory?

Any franchise or independent dealership in the United States, licensed in its own state and able to supply inventory data by a method we support. There is no limit on how many rooftops in one dealer group can enroll. There is no geographic restriction — SilentAutoBroker is a national marketplace.

How much does it cost to list dealership inventory?

$149 per rooftop per month, plus applicable tax, with no setup fee and no minimum term. A rooftop's first 60 days of listing are free, once per rooftop, counted from the day its first listing is published, or the day it enrolls if its listings are already live, and nothing is charged for listing until those days have ended and the dealership has had at least 60 days' written notice of the rate and the date. Creating an account and requesting a feed cost nothing.

Is there a contract?

There is a dealer services agreement to sign, but no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time at no cost, and no recurring charge is made without at least 60 days’ written notice of the rate and the billing date.

Do you resell the inquiries my vehicles generate?

No. A shopper inquiry on one of your vehicles goes to your dealership and is not resold to competing dealers. A sell-your-car offer request works differently by design — it goes to up to five dealerships, and each can make its own offer.

Can independent dealerships participate?

Yes. The platform is available to franchised, independent, powersports, RV, specialty, and commercial-vehicle dealerships.

How is inventory added?

Inventory can be added through a compatible dealership inventory feed. The SilentAutoBroker team will review the dealership’s existing feed provider and determine the appropriate connection method.

What if I do not know my feed provider?

Submit the form and select “Not sure.” The SilentAutoBroker team can review your dealership website and help identify the likely feed source.

Will you tell shoppers my car is overpriced?

No. A price comparison only appears where there are enough genuinely comparable vehicles listed nearby to support one, and it is never built from sold inventory. Where the data is thin we show nothing rather than guess — we would rather say less than print something unflattering we cannot stand behind.

Do you change my price, my photos or my description?

We never add a markup of our own. Your listing shows the price you advertise, plus any mandatory dealer fee that price leaves out, labeled, because a shopper has to see the full price. Where your feed sends a new car with no price, we can show the Final Price from your own website instead of the sticker, labeled with the date we read it — once we have read your listing pages and confirmed we read them correctly. Until then those cars show MSRP, labeled, and say the price is not listed. Your photos and description are yours: we never re-write your copy or substitute stock photography.

How often does my inventory update?

Automatically, several times a day. Connected feeds re-sync on a schedule without anyone at the dealership doing anything, and a vehicle you have sold comes off the site on the same cycle, unless you choose to keep it listed for up to 3 days after it leaves your feed.

Does SilentAutoBroker guarantee placement in AI search results?

No platform can guarantee placement in third-party AI or search results. SilentAutoBroker is designed to improve inventory distribution, structured vehicle visibility, and the opportunity for dealership inventory to be discovered through modern search experiences.
